What to Include
To help us assist you quickly, include the tool name, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if available. Do not send sensitive personal data in email.
Response Time
We aim to respond to support inquiries within 1 to 2 business days.
Urgent security issues should include “security” in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce or verify the finding. We do not pay bug bounties by default, but we take credible reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt when we can.

What we cannot do over email
We cannot recover files after server-side deletion, bypass technical or abuse-prevention limits for one customer, or provide legal advice about contracts or compliance. For those topics, use your own counsel or internal policies—we will still help with how FileLumo’s tools behave on a technical level when you describe the workflow.
